Almost all the work we do requires us to Network, engage with relevant candidates and connect them to culturally aligned customers which makes these hires even more meaningful.
Diversity has played a key role in most regions and customers are keen to see both ethnic and gender diverse candidates in every shortlist. On an average 26% of the shortlist have candidates that are diverse and 21% of our data pool of 10+ years of experienced candidates are female talent.
We welcome 2018 with belief that we can continue to work on transforming the way we engage with customers and candidates with continuous improvement in service standards and technology innovation. With impending GDPR becoming applicable in May 2018, recruitment companies or platform providers holding people information need to adapt to how they engage, store and transfer data either internally or externally.
Since implementation of our new platform in August 2017, we are geared with the highest privacy policies in place. With candidates opting into our network, we have access to some incredible candidates and industry insights. Close to 60% of the Talent community currently engaged with us have over 10+ years of experience and a further 30% have experience between 5-10 years.
Consumer goods and the Retail industry employ over 35% female talent while Information Technology and Consulting employ around 11% and Construction is the lowest with just above 7%. As professionals spend more time in an organisation, the reality of the gender pay gap becomes more explicit. However, it’s important to know how this gap comes to play and what can be done to avoid it.
Our objective is to have a highly engaged community and deliver true value to our candidates in this community.
