THE RECRUITMENT DRIVE
WhiteCrow organized an 8-day recruitment drive across multiple locations and invited all the shortlisted candidates for face to face interviews. The interviews were conducted by 3 different hiring managers for client’s Refinery Operations, Refinery Maintenance and Refinery Engineering departments. They were assisted by a 3-member team from the client HQ from Saudi Arabia. In addition to the above a separate team of 3 HR representatives from client’s London office were here to conduct negotiations with the candidates.
Overall 155 candidates (all sourced and shortlisted by WhiteCrow Research) were interviewed. This exercise resulted in 83 offers. The success of this project has triggered talks of similar projects in the United Kingdom. We are currently in the process of sourcing candidates for a similar program to help the client in Asia Pacific later in the year.
