Role/Vacancy

A global medical company with a long standing presence in Scandanavia enlisted WhiteCrow to help identify and screen a key HR position. Our client had a specific requirement for an HR Director working within their Nordics Operations division. This Nordics division specialises in medical manufacturing, R&D and commercial.

They identified that regional experience was vital and that potential candidates must have current experience with Swedish Unions, Work Councils and Labour Laws.

Location
The role was based in Sweden with some travel to other Nordic sites.

Initial research identified around 100 individuals with the requisite skills required, and with WhiteCrow’s support, the company set out to enhance their diversity credentials by carefully ensuring an appropriate gender split within the long list.
