With a broad portfolio of products and services, this global medical business engaged WhiteCrow to gather insights and analytics to help them improve their knowledge of their competitor and maximize their appeal to potential staff.

WhiteCrow were tasked to identify all people occupying EVP level roles and above within the top nine clinical research organisations globally.

Deliverables

Using our experience, skills and established methodology we scoped the landscape to first identify the executive committee, operating committee and then the senior leadership team within each company.

We then networked across a range of individuals within these companies to not only understand the deeper structure and how certain functions interacted strategically on a country, regional, and global scale.

We then transformed the raw data and information collected into a report, interpreting the data as a whole and on the basis of individual competitors.

Results

In total we identified 6,902 individuals, understood reporting matrixes of the senior leadership team, regional strengths, gender composition, average tenures and where people were moving from and to. Our client is now undertaking a socialization program to build relationships with key individuals for succession purposes and to support growth. The long list report is also the “go-to” place to source candidates at a senior level, saving external fees and shortening the sourcing process.
