Deliverables

Within the Medical Device Industry In-Vitro Diagnostic is a very niche function. In most large Pharmaceutical Companies, In-Vitro Diagnostic is a very small division. The key challenge was to gain in-depth understanding of the target firms, identify the locations of their manufacturing plant within Europe.

Once the companies were identified, the next step was to identify the QA personnel. The real challenge however was to identify the individuals who have the relevant experience.

Results

We identified a team of researchers and recruiters who had prior experience of conducting research within the Pharmaceutical/Medical Device vertical. With a combination of secondary as well as primary research we identified the target companies. Next the researchers identified the relevant individuals by cold calling and networking. Post that our recruiters engaged with the candidates to source additional intelligence.

Listed Below is the final outcome:

  • Identified the target firms along with intelligence such as the manufacturing plant location, the product/devices manufactured at the plant, total employee strength & plant’s senior management team.
  • Mapped the Mid to Senior Level Quality Assurance team and presented a long list of 182 candidates.
  • Built a candidate warm list by engaging with relevant candidates to establish if they are right fit for the role and willingness to explore a new opportunity with our client.
