Our client is one of Europe’s premiere engineering and construction companies.

To meet their ever-increasing demand for quantity surveyors and project managers (specially at their Guildford office) our client was looking to build a private community of high caliber talent. The objective was to identify, engage and maintain a warm relationship with the pool of relevant candidates for anticipated vacancies.

Deliverables

WhiteCrow were able build a pool of 1218 qualified candidates who were interested in being engaged with the client for future opportunities. In our last review in March 2017, we were made to understand that in the last 12 months the client has hired 14 candidates from the talent pool. In addition to the hires, 82% of the candidates from the talent community continue to remain highly engaged with the client.
