David heads our Executive Solutions practice and works closely with senior leadership to recruit top talent across sectors for local and international clients. A computer science graduate and passionate technologist with over 20 years of talent acquisition experience.

In the early part of his career, David spent 10 years working in the US, leading a technology consulting practice to support clients in upgrading and/or implementing ERP applications.

He has developed a reputation for working across organizations to help leaders to recruit, retain, and develop high-performing talent. Prior to joining WhiteCrow, David spent a decade working for one of the largest energy companies in the world and has held a number of executive positions with FinTech and Crypto companies.

Matthew Pitt

Global Head of Talent Intelligence

Matthew has built and led research teams across the UK, Europe, Asia Pacific and the Americas. During his early career, he worked for a well-known global search firm where he helped establish the industry concept of talent intelligence and created a market-defining product. For three years, he helped lead an AIM-listed research business with a focus on sustainability.

Low-carbon energy and climate change remain among his key areas of expertise. His work has also covered banking, legal, consulting, consumer goods, professional services and life sciences. In addition to his team and product development roles, Matthew has earned a reputation as a talent intelligence thought leader.

He is the author of over fifty white papers and has published in numerous industry magazines.

Neil Wilkie

Leader, Executive Solutions

A highly accomplished Business Partner, Neil Wilkie is a leader in international talent intelligence, insights and executive search. An expert in the global energy, Industrial and IOT sectors with over 20 years of experience.

He works with a broad range of oil & gas producers and developers, and operators of midstream and downstream energy infrastructure as well as manufacturers, service and technology companies.

Neil is known for partnering closely with clients as part of an advisory-led approach, assisting in their local, international, and global growth.

Christine Swain

Head of Talent Research

Christine Swain is the Head of Talent Research, based on the South Coast of the United Kingdom leading the research teams in EMEA and working extensively with Boards, CEOs and senior executives supporting their talent management needs. She has conducted searches for organizations in the energy, technology, infrastructure and diversified manufacturing space.

She has an in-depth understanding of different European cultures, countries and business practices, as well as the delivery of highly confidential senior level Board and C- Suite retained search and interim mandates for 'Blue Chip' and major Private Equity international clients.
